Well friends; I just got back from the Doctor where I had a very routine but VERY painful procedure on my back.

I can’t sit up straight right now, so will get another show out either late tonight or tomorrow. I *thought* that I’d be back to recording by lunch time, but right now, a laptop and some bed rest sound really good.
